This is a recipe book with three hundred recipes to cook through – what's not to love about it? There's everything in here you might need when preparing a meal for your loved ones. There are breakfasts, main dishes, and side dishes, meat and poultry recipes – nothing too hard to do, simple and healthy recipes for a regular household. Of all the electronic cookbooks I've ordered here, on Amazon so far, this book is one of the best in paleo category.

I've heard a countless number of times that slow cooking is one of the best ways to prepare your foods but never paid enough attention neither to the slow cooking, nor to the slow cookers. This time is a rare exception since I decided to go for it and get a cookbook before I buy my new appliance. Recipes are fairly easy and can be prepared both in the slow cooker as it is stated in the cookbook, and on the regular stovetop. I'm changing recipes a little bit so that they would fit my way of cooking, but even this way they come out perfectly.

These recipes use a diverse variety of meats, veggies, fruits and grains – just what a regular human being needs in order to stay healthy and well-fed. I even decided to get a slow cooker after looking through this cookbook. I've never dealt with Paleo diet before but judging by those recipes I've managed to try already, it's truly something. This is the food you would love your kids to eat, and it's perfect for elderly people. Both my hubby's grandpa and my kid love their dinners equally, so that's something already.

I am a beginner in the Paleo Diet and I have a lot of questions. In this book, the author gives us the information about better health through Paleo, tips for following a Paleo Diet, Paleo recommended foods, foods to avoid on a Paleo Diet, Meal Plan. This cookbook also includes 300 delicious Paleo Diet recipes for Slow Cooker: breakfast recipes, main dishes recipes, side dishes recipes, appetizers and snacks, and dessert recipes. The best thing about all these recipes is that I will not only be cooking healthy Paleo friendly meals but I can make everything quickly and easily in my Slow Cooker. I liked this cookbook and would recommend it for those who want to try Paleo Diet recipes.

My kids have the dietary restrictions of their own. My eldest one can't stand gluten, and the youngest one turned out to be lactose-intolerant. While I've been trying to balance their ration I found myself tired and loosing home-work balance. Slow cooker managed to turn things for better, and now I have this cookbook to complement my most favorite appliance. The absence of gluten, certain dairy products, certain amounts of meat and fresh fruits have changed everything! I'm grateful to Timeo for helping me out.

Recipes are adaptable which is a great thing to have for those who deal with various food allergies, and health issues. Resourceful cookbook for a beginner Paleo-devotee and even for a seasoned cook who has found himself out of ideas. I have various cookbooks covering both Paleo and slow cooker cooking, but none of them cover both things at the same time. If you need to cook for your loved ones and wish them well, this is the food to prepare and offer, and be sure they get their possible best.

I can’t wait to try out as many recipes as I can. They sound delicious (at least, most of them) and call for normal ingredients you may already have if you stock your pantry well just as I do. Soups and stews, breakfasts and dinners – there’s something in here for everybody. I fancied apple cauliflower rice, herbed sweet potatoes and pineapple chicken wings from the first sight.

After trying out some recipes I can tell you that the book I would say is good.Like most cookbooks it has some things that sound good but once made makes you think about if you want to actually try it. Like the banana spread. It looked awful once cooked but in all actuality wasn’t bad:)Other things looked and tasted great like pork and peppers chili, and herbed chicken breast. One thing to keep in mind is that this cookbook is PALEO. I am just getting used to paleo... or at least trying:) after being on this for a while I might find that even the ones I did not initially care for I may grow to love.It isn’t made for pigging out on, it’s to keep your body healthy. We need to learn to eat to live, not live to eat. If the recipes were too awesome they wouldn’t really help you stay healthy because you would be tempted to overeat. But some definitely have a pleasing or rather satisfying taste, and fill you up. I liked that the carbs for each dish was included on each recipe, as well as how easy it was to separate in the correct amount of servings since that also is displayed. This book was far from a disappointment:)
